We use Printful to fulfill our merchandise orders. This means in some cases we cannot control the outcome of return requests and other problems you might have had with merchandise.
We decided to use Printful because of their Sustainability and Responsibility commitments, as well as their high quality and quick delivery.

We can only accept returns for damaged, broken or defective merchandise. Printful include a return slip in each package, do not discard the slip until you are happy with your product.
We do not offer returns for “buyer’s remorse” (basically we can’t refund you if you decide you changed your mind) but please get in touch if you are unhappy with a purchase of any kind.
Wrong Address – We understand that mistakes happen but because each order is printed on demand If you provide an address that is considered incorrect by the courier, the shipment will be returned to a Printful facility.
You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. Please ensure you arrange collection with a courier if you miss your delivery. Most couriers will leave a slip saying they visited but you weren’t home, and include instructions on how to collect your package from a local facility.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
